The community of the village has today a privately owned community office, which was built in 1960-1961 under the presidency of Lampis Misichronis, who served as a president of the community for more than 20 years, thus continuing the tradition from the 19th century, according to which tradition, the presidents of the former municipality of Arini were mostly from Misichronis family, either descendants or relatives of the chieftain Fotis Misichronis. Lampis Misichronis, always tireless and hardworking, having as an assistant the vice-president Manolis Drakopoulos and despite the insufficient, in the past, financial resources of the community, made as many as possible beneficial works for the village. Their names will survive in the “community chronicles”.
